Get current air quality readings near a location.

Returns latest readings from nearby stations across all three
providers, with aggregate AQI computation.

**Pricing:** Included in subscription tiers (legacy list price: GET /api/v1/billing/pricing).

## Query parameters

- `lat` number, required: Center latitude
- `lon` number, required: Center longitude
- `radius_km` number: Search radius in km (default 10)
- `provider` string: Provider filter: 'openaq', 'sensor_community', 'purpleair', or 'all'
- `x_api_key` string, nullable
