One-click unsubscribe from the watchlist digest email (Pro+ daily AND the
free weekly digest, which is default-on). The link token is
HMAC(JWT_SECRET, 'wl_digest:<uid>'); on match we set meta['wl_digest_optout:<uid>']=1
(the digest script skips opted-out users on both passes). Always returns a
friendly 200 page.
