Watch-the-watcher. 200 if the payment + pipeline monitors have run recently,
503 if any went silent. Point a FREE UptimeRobot HTTP monitor at this URL — if a
monitor (or the whole server) dies, this flips to 503 and UptimeRobot emails you.
(The July 2 incident: a monitor died and nothing noticed. This closes that gap.)
