Winning-Wallets board (Alpha+) — the hero of the /picks exploration hub.

Ranks tracked whales (holdings >= $250k, net-positive P/L) by a TRANSPARENT
blend of past/present on-chain FACTS — never a forecast (NFA):
  blend = 50% P/L (realized+unrealized) + 30% win-rate (% of open positions
          currently in profit) + 20% recency (how recently active).
Two lenses via `mode`:
  - performance : rank by blend score (best-performing first)
  - active      : rank by recency (most-active-now first)
Every wallet carries its address so the UI links to /wallet/<addr>.
