Classify recent whale swaps by counter-token type and aggregate.

Buckets each swap as one of:
  - STABLE -> ALT  : whale BUY of a risk asset (ETH or alt) funded by stables
  - ALT -> STABLE  : whale SELL of a risk asset (ETH or alt) into stables
  - ETH -> ALT     : whale BUY of an alt funded by ETH/WETH (rotation within risk)
  - ALT -> ETH     : whale SELL of an alt into ETH/WETH    (rotation within risk)
  - OTHER          : counter not classifiable

EXCLUDES rows where the *base* token is itself a stablecoin or BTC wrap —
those are stable↔stable repositioning or BTC rebalancing, not risk rotation.
ETH/WETH as the base token IS included: WETH/USDC swaps are genuine risk-on
(deploying stablecoin dry powder into ETH) or risk-off (selling ETH to cash).
Requires: Pro tier or higher (Intelligence Suite).
