Which tracked whales actually traded this token in the window.

The drill-down behind a signal: a signal names a TOKEN, and this answers
"who was behind it" so a subscriber can go from a fired signal all the way
to an individual whale's wallet page.

Deliberately joins tracked_wallets (INNER): /wallet/{address} serves a 410
"not tracked" page for anything outside the tracked set, so linking an
untracked address would walk the user into a dead end. Only whales with a
real page are returned.
Requires: Alpha tier or higher.
