Current (recent) live fires for one signal family.

Powers the click-through from the /backtest "By signal family" table:
a family with a strong historical hit rate is only actionable if you can
immediately see what it is firing on RIGHT NOW. Read-only over ai_signals,
served off the existing (created_at, signal_type) index.
Requires: Alpha tier or higher (same gate as the rest of the picks data).
