Wallet activity on picks they EXITED.

Exit-side only: whale_picks stores how many whales entered, never which, so
nothing here may imply a wallet selected or called a pick. Rows carry a
truncated address; the caller links to /wallet/<address>.

CURRENTLY-TRACKED ONLY: every wallet here is INNER-JOINed to tracked_wallets, so
a wallet the reranker has since evicted (exchange / market-maker / churned-out,
sub-threshold) does not appear even though its historical pick-exits remain in
whale_pick_exits. Before this, the LEFT JOIN let evicted wallets through — their
NULL churn passed the `churn <= 250` guard — and they dominated the list because
high-churn addresses have the most exits (93% of the old list was untracked).
