Recently flagged tokens for the 'Recently flagged' panel — INCLUDES
still-PENDING picks (not yet graded at their 7-day close). The graded-only
datasets above power every stat/funnel; this one exists so the panel's
'flagged N days ago' reflects the true latest flag (including today's picks),
not just picks old enough to have graded. Feeds the panel's dates/dots only.
