Unified end-to-end whale capital flow funnel.
Requires: Pro tier or higher (Intelligence Suite).

Combines three independent data sources:
  1. Whale stable INFLOWS from exchanges (DRY_POWDER signals — exchange OUTflow = whale INflow)
  2. Whale stable->alt deployment (transactions.counter_token_symbol, alt-base only)
  3. Whale alt->stable profit-taking (transactions.counter_token_symbol, alt-base only)
  4. Whale stable OUTFLOWS to exchanges (DRY_POWDER_INFLOW signals — exchange INflow = whale OUTflow)

USD amounts are parsed from `ai_signals.headline` (format: "$N TOKEN ...").
`score_impact` is a confidence score, not a dollar value.
