Aggregate whale portfolio composition over time.

Accepts `hours` (preferred) or legacy `days`. Bucket granularity is
auto-selected from the window so the chart always plots ~10–60 points:
  - <=24h  → hourly buckets
  - <=72h  → 4-hour buckets
  - <=168h → 6-hour buckets
  - >168h  → daily buckets

For each bucket, sum the *latest* snapshot per wallet within that bucket
to get aggregate dry-powder metrics. dry_powder_ratio = stables / total.
Requires: Pro tier or higher (Intelligence Suite).
