`GET /api/v1/public/state/live`

Returns the current engine structural state for a symbol/timeframe. Includes c_state, action_gate, key_price, break_state, active trigger prices, an optional multi-timeframe snapshot, and a rule-based narrative. Designed for AI (LLM / AlphaZero bridge) and dashboard consumption. Requires X-API-Key.

## Query parameters

- `symbol` string, required: Symbol, e.g. BTCUSDT
- `tf` string: Primary timeframe: 15m 30m 1h 4h 8h 1d 1w
- `mtf` string, nullable: Comma-separated additional timeframes for MTF snapshot (default: 15m,1h,4h)

## Headers

- `X-API-Key` string, nullable

- `401`: Invalid or missing X-API-Key
- `404`: No active engine state for this symbol/timeframe
- `422`: Validation Error
- `429`: Rate limit exceeded
