timeframes 파라미터로 여러 타임프레임 동시 비교. preset으로 필터. X-API-Key 필수.

## Query parameters

- `timeframes` string: 쉼표 구분 TF 목록
- `preset` string: all | conservative | standard | aggressive
- `since` string, nullable: YYYY-MM-DD
- `until` string, nullable: YYYY-MM-DD
- `user_id` integer, nullable: Phase 3 (5/12): 사용자 본인의 auto_order_rules.signal_condition 기반 평가. TF 별로 본인 룰 있으면 룰 우선, 없으면 preset fallback. 응답 by_timeframe[tf].rule_applied 로 어떤 필터 적용했는지 표시.
