# Describe a pending browser sign-in request (dashboard consent)

`GET /v1/identity/request/{request_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.deadsimple.email`
- URL: `https://api.deadsimple.email/v1/identity/request/{request_id}`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Used by the consent page at app.deadsimple.email/id/consent. Requires a dashboard session; API keys get 403. A request is valid for 10 minutes and is consumed by /v1/identity/approve.

The relying party asking for sign-in.
