# Capacity Source: accept the introduction terms

`POST /api/v1/listings/terms/accept`

Records the identified caller's acceptance of the current introduction terms version. Send accept_terms=true and, optionally, the terms_version read from GET /api/v1/listings/terms.

- `401`: identity_required
- `409`: terms_version_mismatch: the terms changed, read them again
