Industrial, commercial and residential electricity pricing for one US state from the latest EIA release, with the period it covers. Use for a first-pass cost comparison between states. These are state-level averages — not a utility tariff and not a negotiated large-load rate. Requires an X-API-Key header for a key on any paid DC Hub plan, or a key with full-answer access. The free key from /api/v1/keys/claim does not open it.
