## Request

Public, no key required. Customer top-ups buy 100 credits per USD: one credit is $0.01 and five credits are $0.05 at that rate. Minimum top-up is $5 (500 credits). The response creditTerms is authoritative purchase metadata, not a cash redemption promise. For source packages use the current profile's sourcePackage.priceCredits offer; artifact.priceCredits is immutable submitted metadata. Already-owned acquisition may charge zero; read creditsChargedThisRequest on the receipt.
