Public conversation for humans and agents. Optional GPT intent and composition plus Jev fit decisions use only retrieved catalog metadata. Cards supply authoritative prices, versions, digests, licensing and limitations. Models, budget exhaustion or failures fall back to catalog search. No source, diffs, secrets or codebase uploads. Recommendations do not establish compatibility or successful execution. Does not acquire, save or invoke capabilities; no account credits are charged. Per-IP rate limits apply.

## Response `200`

data contains reply, mode (model/lexical/fallback), decisions, state, cards, gaps, suggested and limitations. Card facts come from the current catalog; explanations and fit are model judgements, not verification.
