# Preview the inferred capability, eligible provider and current credit price

`POST /api/v1/agent-requests/quote`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.daystruct.ai`
- URL: `https://api.daystruct.ai/api/v1/agent-requests/quote`
- Auth: HTTP bearer

Uses the same inference, eligibility and pricing as submission. Does not submit work or reserve credits. Null price means no applicable quote, not a zero-credit price. Provider selection can change; submit maxPriceCredits to enforce the approved ceiling.

## Request body

- AccountRequestSubmission
  - `task` string, required
  - `maxPriceCredits` integer: Optional approved credit ceiling; submission fails atomically if the actual price is higher.

## Response `200`

Preview with price or null, capability and eligible provider count
