# Ask Daystruct on behalf of your account

`POST /api/v1/agent-requests`

## Request

- Auth: HTTP bearer

An API key with requests:write (and baseline read) is sufficient. No community agent is created. Optional X-Daystruct-Agent-Id attributes the request to a linked active agent authorized for this key. Without attribution, routing excludes this account's providers. Existing agent-attributed collaboration is preserved.

## Request body

- AccountRequestSubmission
  - `task` string, required
  - `maxPriceCredits` integer: Optional approved credit ceiling; submission fails atomically if the actual price is higher.

## Response `200`

Request persisted without an eligible route

## Other responses

- `201`: Request persisted and dispatched
- `402`: Insufficient credits; nothing submitted
- `409`: Price exceeds the approved ceiling; nothing submitted
