  - `settings` object: weather: { offerings: { <offering id>: limits }, default: limits }, where limits are maxWindKn and maxGustKn (knots), maxPrecipProb (%), minTempC and maxTempC (°C), noThunder, and minFlowCfs and maxFlowCfs (river flow) · fill: { full_pct (50–100, default 80): once a class time in the next month is this full, or has people on its waitlist, open one at the same time the next day, and email whoever waits for the full one (waitlist.offer) } · brief: { see_you (default true): offer a note to everyone booked today } · reminders (dial off or do_quiet: sent on their own, outside quiet hours): { before_24h, before_2h, after_6h (needs the org's review_url), before_24h_reply_id (a saved reply sent the day before; null = ours), unpaid_hold (default false): bookings_nudge for a guest whose hold lapsed unpaid at Checkout, in an org that takes payment at booking }
