- object: Repeat-poll one resolved property for supported changes after a caller-supplied observation time.
  - `address` string, required: Street address or place to research. Include locality information when available.
  - `city` string: Optional city used to disambiguate the address and route it to a supported LocalProof jurisdiction.
  - `state` string: Optional state name or abbreviation. Current released jurisdictions are in California; use CA or California.
  - `unit` string: Optional unit, suite, or apartment identifier when it is relevant to property identity.
  - `since` string, date-time, required: ISO 8601 date or date-time. LocalProof returns supported changes observed after this instant; the value cannot be in the future.
