Compare two same-form 10-K or 10-Q filings and return a compact source-grounded report of meaningful changes, low-signal sections, explainable decision-relevance triage, confidence, limitations, and routing guidance when deeper verification is warranted. Exact accessions are optional; when omitted, FiledProof resolves the latest comparable pair for the requested form before payment. Supported forms are 10-K and 10-Q. Potentially decision-relevant is triage language, not a legal materiality or investment-significance conclusion. A delivery retry repeats the identical authorized request with the same payment credential or proof. Changing any payment-bound argument starts a new invocation and requires a new authorization when commerce is active.
