# Trucking by State and Month

`GET /trucking/stats`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dataporium.io`
- URL: `https://api.dataporium.io/trucking/stats`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apikey`

Trucking for all carriers (also the small ones) by state, month or year, from official public data: active carriers, power units, drivers and fleet size groups (monthly snapshot), new carriers, truck and bus crashes where they happened (fatal, injury, tow-away, deaths, injuries) and roadside inspections with driver, vehicle and hazmat out-of-service rates.

The answer is {group_by, period, snapshot_month, coverage, totals, rows, about}.

- `sort` string

## Response `200`

Successful response (JSON).

- `401`: No API key in the request.
- `403`: The API key is not valid or has expired.
