# Trademark Filings

`GET /trademarks/filings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dataporium.io`
- URL: `https://api.dataporium.io/trademarks/filings`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apikey`

US trademark (brand name and logo) applications filed and registrations issued since 2000 for one listed company (all its trademark owners, also other share classes) or one owner, by year, by class of goods and services, or by year and class. From official public data, updated weekly.

The answer is {ticker, owner, group_by, owners, rows: [{year, class_code, class_name, applications, registrations}], totals, data_through, about}. Before the first load it has note "Data is being prepared" and no rows. The demo key works only with its allowed tickers, for example AAPL.

## Response `200`

Successful response (JSON).

- `401`: No API key in the request.
- `403`: The API key is not valid or has expired.
