# Price Changes and Relists

`GET /realestate-price-changes`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dataporium.io`
- URL: `https://api.dataporium.io/realestate-price-changes`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apikey`

Price cuts, price increases and relists of the homes on the market now in one area, with true dates taken from each home's own listing history.

Required: at least one of zip_code, city or county. The answer lists only homes that have something to report, so it can be shorter than the number of homes on the market.

## Query parameters

- `zip_code` string
- `type` string
- `city` string
- `county` string
- `state` string
- `include_events` boolean

## Response `200`

Successful response (JSON).

- `401`: No API key in the request.
- `403`: The API key is not valid or has expired.
