# Pending Sales

`GET /realestate-pending`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dataporium.io`
- URL: `https://api.dataporium.io/realestate-pending`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apikey`

Properties with pending sales (under contract, contingent), one ZIP code and a short date range at a time. For search with filters across a whole city, county or state, use /properties.

Required: zip_code AND one date filter. Use EITHER pending_date operators OR list_date operators (not both). Available: pending_date, pending_date_between, pending_date_gte, pending_date_gt, pending_date_lte, pending_date_lt, list_date, list_date_between, list_date_gte, list_date_gt, list_date_lte, list_date_lt. Max 3-day span for range operations.
