`GET /private-fundraising`

## Request

Private securities offerings of US and foreign companies and investment funds since 2009, from official public filings: issuer, place, industry group, filing date, total offering amount, amount sold, investors, minimum investment, exemptions claimed and fund type. Updated daily.

All filters are optional and can be combined. The answer is {total, limit, offset, sort, order, filings, filters, data_date, rows, about}. /private-fundraising/companies/{slug} gives one issuer with its offerings and every filing. The demo key works with state=CA, NY or TX and returns at most 10 rows.
