# Mortgage Lenders

`GET /mortgage-lending/lenders`

## Request

Mortgage lenders with their home loan applications, loans made, amount lent, approval and denial rates and average interest rate for one year, nationwide or in a state, county or metro area (with their share of the area), found by name words, LEI, ticker or bank id. /mortgage-lending/lender gives one lender (or every lender of a ticker or bank) over the years, with its split by purpose, loan type and occupancy and its top states and counties.

The answer is {area, filters, total, applications, limit, offset, sort, order, as_of, rows, about}. County and metro lists include each lender's cells of at least 5 records; the rest counts in the area totals.
