`GET /local-jobs`

## Request

Monthly labor force, employed, unemployed and unemployment rate for every US state, metro area, county and city of 25,000 people or more, since January 2010, from official US government labor statistics.

The answer is {total, limit, offset, seasonal, seasonally_adjusted, as_of, rows, about}. Area codes match the other area endpoints: state FIPS 48, county FIPS 48453, metro CBSA 12420.
