`GET /layoffs/state/{state}`

The layoffs of one US state: totals (last 12 months and all time), WARN notice coverage, layoffs by month (24 months), the top counties, industries and companies of the last 12 months, the 25 newest events, and the official monthly layoffs and discharges (JOLTS, seasonally adjusted, thousands) and weekly initial unemployment claims of the state.
