`GET /inflation-categories`

## Request

US consumer prices for 25 categories (core, services, food, groceries, restaurants, energy, gasoline, electricity, shelter, rent, new and used vehicles, car insurance, airline fares, apparel, medical care and more), monthly from 2000, with 12-month and 1-month changes (official US government data).

All filters are optional. The answer is {as_of, categories, total, limit, offset, sort, order, rows, about}.
