`GET /healthcare/providers/{npi}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dataporium.io`
- URL: `https://api.dataporium.io/healthcare/providers/{npi}`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apikey`

One provider by NPI: the registry record (all specialties, practice address, dates, active or deactivated), Medicare enrollment (specialties, medical school, graduation year, telehealth, accepts assignment), group practices with their health system, hospital affiliations, and for an organization NPI the hospital (CCN) or group practice it belongs to. Every link is by key with match_method and confidence.

- `401`: No API key in the request.
