Medicare prescription drug (Part D) claims per prescriber (NPI), drug (brand and generic name) and year: claims, 30-day fills, day supply, drug cost and patients. /healthcare/prescriptions/prescribers ranks prescribers; /healthcare/prescriptions/summary groups by state, prescriber type or year.
