Medicare Part B lab tests (services, allowed and paid amounts) by lab segment (independent_lab, pathology_practice, physician_office, hospital_setting, other), test category (chemistry, hematology, immunology, microbiology, molecular_infectious, molecular_genetic, pla, pathology, toxicology, urinalysis, transfusion, collection), place of service, year or code, from 100% of claims of labs, doctors and suppliers. group_by=code adds the lab fee schedule rate and the 2016 private insurer median. /healthcare/lab-tests/private-prices gives private insurer prices next to the Medicare rate.
