# Device Recalls and Adverse Events

`GET /healthcare/devices/recalls`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dataporium.io`
- URL: `https://api.dataporium.io/healthcare/devices/recalls`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apikey`

FDA medical device recalls, one row per recalled product, with class (I most serious, II, III), status, dates, firm, listed company, product code, description and reason; group_by gives totals by year, class, root cause or company. /healthcare/devices/adverse-events gives adverse event report counts (all, death, injury, malfunction) by year received, product code or listed company.

- `401`: No API key in the request.
- `403`: The API key is not valid or has expired.
