About 90 listed medical device makers (reviewed list of company and brand names, including companies they bought) with 510(k), De Novo, PMA and supplement counts, recalls (and class I), and adverse event reports (deaths, injuries, malfunctions). /healthcare/devices/companies/{ticker} adds approvals and recalls by year, the newest approvals and recalls, and the product codes with the most reports.
