Medicare hospital stays (inpatient, by diagnosis related group) and hospital outpatient services (by ambulatory payment classification) in device-heavy groups, such as hip and knee replacement, pacemaker and defibrillator implants, transcatheter valves, coronary stents and spinal fusion, by category, code, state, hospital or year.
