`GET /employer-salaries/areas`

## Request

States, metro areas or worksite cities with filings and pay of all employers in one fiscal year (or of one job group). /employer-salaries/areas/{area} gives one area (US, a state, a metro area or a city): pay of all employers for every fiscal year, and for one year its top job groups, top employers and, for a state or metro area, its top cities. Employers of a state or metro area are ranked by the filings of its cities added up (no pay figures); cities and the US have exact pay figures.

The answer is {area_type, kind, year, filters, total, limit, offset, sort, order, rows, as_of, about}. /employer-salaries/areas/{area} answers {area, kind, year, years, jobs, employers, cities, as_of, about}.
