`GET /colleges/programs`

## Request

- Auth: API key in query parameter `apikey`

College programs (one field of study at one credential at one college) with graduates, median debt, median earnings 1 and 4 years after graduation and the national median of the field. The programs of one college, one field across colleges ranked by earnings or debt, or with group_by=field the fields of study (majors) ranked by the median earnings of their programs.

The answer is {group_by, total, limit, offset, sort, order, filters, data_date, rows, about}.
