`GET /colleges`

## Request

US colleges operating now, from official public data: cost (tuition and fees, cost of attendance, net price after grants), admission rate and SAT average, undergraduates, completion and retention rates, median student debt and median earnings of former students 6 and 10 years after entry, debt to earnings and repayment rate. /colleges/{college} gives one college (by college_id or page name) with every measure, its net price by family income, its programs, its yearly history, its earnings rank and the medians of its state, of colleges of the same kind and of all US colleges.

The answer is {total, limit, offset, sort, order, filters, min_enrollment, data_date, rows, about}. Before the first load the answer has note "Data is being prepared".
