# Bank Screener

`GET /banks/screener`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.dataporium.io`
- URL: `https://api.dataporium.io/banks/screener`
- Auth: API key in query parameter `apikey`

Rank banks and credit unions on one quarter (the newest of each kind by default) with min and max filters on any number, plus the change in assets and deposits from a year before. /banks/totals gives all institutions together by quarter (the history since 1984) or by head-office state.

The answer is {periods, total, limit, offset, sort, order, rows, about}. /banks/totals takes by (period or state), kind, period, period_from and period_to and answers {by, rows, about}.
