Compte le nombre de matches d'un FilterGroup sans exécuter la recherche.

**Authentification requise:** Header `api_key: <your_api_key>`

**Tarification:** Gratuit (0 crédit) — destiné à un compteur de résultats live.

Le count est plafonné à 10000 (`total_results_is_capped=true` au-delà).

- SearchCountRequest: Requête pour compter les matches d'un FilterGroup sans exécuter la recherche
  - `category` string, required: Catégorie: 'people' ou 'company'
  - `filters` object, required: Filtres au format FilterGroup avancé

Successful Response

- SearchCountResponse: Nombre de matches pour un FilterGroup
  - `total_results` integer, required: Nombre de matches (plafonné à 10000)
  - `total_results_is_capped` boolean, required: True si le count a atteint le plafond de 10000
