Vérifie la délivrabilité d'une adresse email.

**Authentification requise:** Header `api_key: <your_api_key>`

Même pipeline de vérification que l'enrichissement du work email — existence
réelle de la mailbox (Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace), puis SMTP, puis
BounceBan pour les domaines catch-all — mais avec l'email fourni en entrée
au lieu d'être déduit d'un profil LinkedIn.

**Statuts:**
- `deliverable` : mailbox confirmée joignable
- `undeliverable` : mailbox inexistante / rejetée
- `risky` : domaine catch-all/accept-all non confirmable
- `unknown` : impossible de trancher
- `invalid` : syntaxe invalide

**Tarification:** 1 crédit par vérification concluante
(`deliverable`/`undeliverable`/`risky`). `invalid` et `unknown` sont gratuits.

Successful Response

- VerifyEmailResponse: Deliverability verdict for a single email address.
  - `email` string, required: The email that was verified (normalized, lowercased)
  - `status` string, required: Verdict: 'deliverable', 'undeliverable', 'risky' (catch-all/accept-all, unconfirmable), 'unknown' (could not determine), or 'invalid' (bad syntax)
  - `is_deliverable` boolean, required: True only when the mailbox is confirmed reachable
  - `is_catch_all` boolean: Whether the domain accepts all recipients (catch-all)
  - `mail_provider` string, nullable: Detected mail host: 'm365', 'google', or 'other'
  - `syntax_valid` boolean: Whether the address is syntactically valid
  - `reason` string, nullable: Machine-readable reason when not deliverable
  - `credits_used` number: Credits charged for this verification
