# Get permission settings for a team

`GET /api/v2/team/{team_id}/permission-settings`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.datadoghq.com`

- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `DD-API-KEY` and API key in header `DD-APPLICATION-KEY`
  - OAuth 2
    - Authorization code: `/oauth2/v1/authorize`
    - Token URL: `/oauth2/v1/token` scopes: `teams_read`

Get all permission settings for a given team.

- `team_id` string, required

- TeamPermissionSettingsResponse: Team permission settings response
  - `data` TeamPermissionSetting[]: Team permission settings response data
    - `attributes` TeamPermissionSettingAttributes: Team permission setting attributes
      - `action` 'manage_membership' | 'edit': The identifier for the action
      - `editable` boolean: Whether or not the permission setting is editable by the current user
      - `options` TeamPermissionSettingValue[]: Possible values for action
      - `title` string: The team permission name
      - `value` 'admins' | 'members' | 'organization' | 'user_access_manage' | 'teams_manage': What type of user is allowed to perform the specified action
    - `id` string, required: The team permission setting's identifier
    - `type` 'team_permission_settings', required: Team permission setting type

- `403`: Forbidden
- `404`: API error response.
- `429`: Too many requests
