# Get all Salesforce incident templates

`GET /api/v2/integration/salesforce-incidents/incident-templates`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.datadoghq.com`
- URL: `https://api.datadoghq.com/api/v2/integration/salesforce-incidents/incident-templates`
- Auth: API key in header `DD-API-KEY` and API key in header `DD-APPLICATION-KEY`

Get all Salesforce incident templates configured for your organization.

  - `data` SalesforceIncidentsTemplateResponseData[], required: An array of Salesforce incident templates.
    - `attributes` SalesforceIncidentsTemplateResponseAttributes, required: Salesforce incident template attributes returned by the API.
      - `description` string: Long-form description body for Salesforce incidents created from this template.
      - `name` string: Human-readable name for this incident template.
      - `owner_id` string: The Salesforce user ID that owns incidents created from this template.
      - `priority` 'Critical' | 'High' | 'Moderate' | 'Low': Priority of the Salesforce incident created from this template.
      - `salesforce_org_id` string, uuid: The Datadog-assigned ID of the Salesforce organization this template belongs to.
      - `subject` string: Subject line for Salesforce incidents created from this template.
    - `id` string, required: The ID of the Salesforce incident template.
    - `type` 'salesforce-incidents-incident-template', required: Salesforce incident template resource type.
