# Delete Multiple Apps

`DELETE /api/v2/app-builder/apps`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.datadoghq.com`
- URL: `https://api.datadoghq.com/api/v2/app-builder/apps`
- Auth: API key in header `DD-API-KEY` and API key in header `DD-APPLICATION-KEY`

Delete multiple apps in a single request from a list of app IDs. This API requires a [registered application key](https://docs.datadoghq.com/api/latest/action-connection/#register-a-new-app-key). Alternatively, you can configure these permissions [in the UI](https://docs.datadoghq.com/account_management/api-app-keys/#actions-api-access).

## Request body

- DeleteAppsRequest: A request object for deleting multiple apps by ID.
  - `data` DeleteAppsRequestDataItems[]: An array of objects containing the IDs of the apps to delete.
    - `id` string, uuid, required: The ID of the app to delete.
    - `type` 'appDefinitions', required: The app definition type.

## Response `200`

OK

- DeleteAppsResponse: The response object after multiple apps are successfully deleted.
  - `data` DeleteAppsResponseDataItems[]: An array of objects containing the IDs of the deleted apps.
    - `id` string, uuid, required: The ID of the deleted app.
    - `type` 'appDefinitions', required: The app definition type.

- `429`: Too many requests
