# Get details of batch

`GET /api/v1/synthetics/ci/batch/{batch_id}`

## Request

- Base URL: `https://api.datadoghq.com`
- URL: `https://api.datadoghq.com/api/v1/synthetics/ci/batch/{batch_id}`
- Auth: one of:
  - API key in header `DD-API-KEY` and API key in header `DD-APPLICATION-KEY`
  - OAuth 2
    - Authorization code: `/oauth2/v1/authorize`
    - Token URL: `/oauth2/v1/token` scopes: `synthetics_read`

Get a batch's updated details.

- `batch_id` string, required

OK

- SyntheticsBatchDetails: Details about a batch response.
  - `data` SyntheticsBatchDetailsData: Wrapper object that contains the details of a batch.
    - `metadata` SyntheticsCIBatchMetadata: Metadata for the Synthetic tests run.
      - `ci` SyntheticsCIBatchMetadataCI: Description of the CI provider.
        - `pipeline` SyntheticsCIBatchMetadataPipeline: Description of the CI pipeline.
          - `url` string: URL of the pipeline.
        - `provider` SyntheticsCIBatchMetadataProvider: Description of the CI provider.
          - `name` string: Name of the CI provider.
      - `git` SyntheticsCIBatchMetadataGit: Git information.
        - `branch` string: Branch name.
        - `commitSha` string: The commit SHA.
    - `results` SyntheticsBatchResult[]: List of results for the batch.
      - `device` string: The device ID.
      - `duration` number, double: Total duration in millisecond of the test.
      - `execution_rule` 'blocking' | 'non_blocking' | 'skipped': Execution rule for a Synthetic test.
      - `location` string: Name of the location.
      - `result_id` string: The ID of the result to get.
      - `retries` number, double: Number of times this result has been retried.
      - `status` 'passed' | 'skipped' | 'failed': Determines whether the batch has passed, failed, or is in progress.
      - `test_name` string: Name of the test.
      - `test_public_id` string: The public ID of the Synthetic test.
      - `test_type` 'api' | 'browser' | 'mobile' | 'network': Type of the Synthetic test.
    - `status` 'passed' | 'skipped' | 'failed': Determines whether the batch has passed, failed, or is in progress.

## Other responses

- `404`: Batch does not exist.
- `429`: Too many requests
