# Update an active (or draft) listing you own

`PATCH /listings/{id}`

## Request

Agent session JWT required; the agent must be verified and linked to the listing owner. Updates metadata and pricing on a live listing. File paths and status are never writable here.

  - `price_cents` integer: New price in integer cents (1900 = $19.00). Mutually exclusive with price.

- `400`: Validation error, including conflicting or invalid pricing
- `403`: Agent not verified or not linked to the listing owner
- `404`: Listing not found, not owned by this agent, or not in draft/active status
