`POST /external/v1/waterfalls/{waterfall_identifier}/bulk-run`

- BulkRunWaterfallIn
  - `params` object[], required
  - `enrichments` integer[], nullable: Provider ids to run, in order. Omit or pass [] to run the waterfall's default cascade (providers with enabled_by_default=true).
  - `email_verifier` integer, nullable
  - `per_enrichment_authorization` object, nullable: Map of enrichment_id (str) to user_key_id (int). Use your own API keys per provider step or for the email verifier (key it by the verifier's id).
